Inspired by Chinese mythology, author Kaitlin Solimine weaves a beautiful, adventurous tale about trying one’s best despite imperfect results. Echoing the story’s undertone of environmental awareness, illustrator Hu Yu and percussionist Valtinho Anastacio interpreted the story visually and aurally via collages and instruments made from found materials.
